Knowing that every person must navigate their own unique wellness path and face their own barriers along the way, Emmilia pursued a Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics, which she obtained from Bastyr University in Kenmore, Washington. She then spent a year at a local nutrition supplement company furthering her expertise in functional medicine. As a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN), Emmilia has spent her career providing individualized, science- and evidence-based nutrition guidance to a diverse set of clients.
Emmilia feels her success as a functional medicine nutritionist comes from her ability to empathize with her clients. She honors every person’s needs and personal relationship with food. She delivers expert guidance with compassion and encourages clients to be kind and caring with themselves while they go on this long, and often tumultuous, wellness journey.
Emmilia’s Clinical Focuses are:
Chronic metabolic and inflammatory disorders (diabetes and blood sugar management, high cholesterol, hypertension)
Weight management
Digestive Issues

When Emmilia is not in the office, she can be found playing with her cat, reading romance novels, walking/jogging around her neighborhood, and cooking with her partner. She is a big enneagram nerd, and loves discussing and guessing people’s personality types.
